Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 54bd2 platform (accessible at https://54bd2.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 54bd2 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 54bd2 platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Submitting false information — including falsifying your date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

• Contact support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

54bd2 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who performed it — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a security breach promptly.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) may be requested at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and in some cases, a selfie with your ID document. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 54bd2 — whether on cricket, football, live casino games, slots, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Where a specific game or market has additional rules, those are published on the relevant game or sport page.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Until confirmation is received, the bet is not valid. 54bd2 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type. These are displayed clearly on the bet slip or game interface before confirmation.

• RNG games: The outcome of all slot, crash, and RNG-based casino games is determined by certified random number generators. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of perceived unfairness once confirmed.
• Live casino: Live dealer game results are final once announced by the dealer. Any technical disconnection on the player's side during a live session does not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 54bd2 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a manner that bypasses normal user behaviour.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — whether in the platform software, payment systems, or game logic — to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using 54bd2 to launder money or conduct any other financially criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 54bd2 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any proprietary software, content, or intellectual property belonging to 54bd2 or its game providers.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

54bd2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider linked to the account.
• A request by the player for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A legal order or regulatory directive requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance — including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings — may be forfeited at 54bd2's discretion, subject to the specific nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no breach involved, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
